Tea in the Woods on a Winter Day
A hundred little doorways
Made by branches arcing wide
A hundred snowy houses
Beckon me to come inside
The hoarfrost shines like dishes
Laid out for evening tea
With frosted cakes and chilled ice bakes
Laid out for you and me
After tea we recline
On beds made out of fallen trees
As we dream of wispy clouds
Sailing over calm white seas

This poem reminds me of Lucy having tea with Mr. Tumnus. Makes me smile 🙂

YES! You are so good at picking out Narnia references :D. I didn’t even notice!
