The Whole Story
He shakes his garments loose,
letting the wrinkles rise and fade,
fulfilling plans he wisely made.
When we reach the end,
we’ll see the whole story,
how all works for good to his glory.
What may appear disjointed
or slow to mature,
in all and through all, will surely endure.
His power remains certain,
his love remains strong,
a short time for him seems long.
He dashes to pieces,
he builds up great towers.
Small are we to quibble over hours.
He shakes his garments free,
billowing down through time,
writing, fulfilling, every storyline.
